Die - Cut Boxes
Die-Cut Boxes or cartons are considered an excellent solution in order to address more complex packaging problems that cannot be solved with a simple cardboard box. The flexibility given to us in the design of a Die-Cut Box, also provides us with the ability to achieve elaborate solutions, tailored with almost absolute precision to the product you want to package.
Due to the way they are made, they can fit any shape, size or requirement that needs to be packed. Their construction consists of flat and corrugated papers in different qualities, always according to your needs. Their gluing as well as their cuts give us the final sheet to be processed to create the final Die-Cut Box. The final processing stage is done in a special cutting machine. Molds are produced based on the dimensions of the final product which are placed in the special cutting machine (Press).
This machine takes over the cutting of the surfaces to the dimensions we have defined, in order to get the result (DieCutBox) that will really fit and promote our packaging.
