Cardboard Boxes
Cardboard boxes (cartons) are made of sheets of paper. These papers are found in a corrugated form, but also in flat sheets. The combination of this technique gives us in the end (of course after special processing) the familiar to all of us Cardboard Box. We find it in various combinations of qualities and colors, depending on the needs we are called to cover.
Quality is the most complex parameter. It depends on many variables - needs such as e.g. cooling needs, stacking needs, liquid packaging etc. In this very difficult field, we care for our customers’ needs and work with zeal and – always guided by our experience – we propose and implement solutions that will meet every difficult packaging requirement. We can ensure this as, in addition to our expertise, we have one of the largest ranges of paper qualities on the market. Thus we can guarantee the final result combined with the lowest possible cost.
The coloring of the Cardboard Box is limited in most cases to Brown (also known as dark) in various shades, which depend on the quality of the paper, but also on other factors. We may also come across the white or off-white color, which depends both on the needs and the final quality we want to achieve. In some cases it is even imposed by the prints that the customer wants. Everything we mentioned about the coloring of course applies to the outside, but also to the inside of the box. Based on the customer's needs, the Cartons are divided into 3-ply and 5-ply. Also based on the required quality we can produce in various combinations of corrugation (C, B, E). The variation of the corrugation adds or subtracts durability and robustness to the carton. The 3-ply consist of two flat sheets and one corrugated sheet (C or B or E). The 5-ply consist of three flat sheets and two corrugated sheets in various combinations of (C, B, E).
