Cardboard Cells
Cardboard cells are a by-product of corrugated cardboard. They come from corrugated cardboard of various paper qualities and sizes. After being "cut" into strips of the desired dimension and then going through a process of engraving - cutting, we end up with the knitting sheets of cells. “Knitting”, as we call it, is the process of assembly that will deliver the final product in order to package our goods.
Cardboard cells are suitable for packaging a variety of goods such as bottles, jars, containers, spirits, medicines, metallurgical products, glassware, and many other items which should not come into direct contact during transport. Some reasons are possible friction that alters the quality of the labels, risk of damage due to vibration during transport, shifting of internal load resulting in possible damage to cartons, etc.
